Day 1. Sent the CV.
Day 7. Got a call from an HR. Although I applied to the customer support position, they asked me where I see myself in a future: technical support or customer success.
Day 10. Zoom call with one of the teammates. As far as I understood, the person who interviewed me was also a CS Representative, and not a hiring manager.
Day 14. Test in the Tel-Aviv office. I didn't understand the need to come to the office to do the test, every other company does that online. The office was great thought and the person who met there offered me water and coffee.
Day 28. Zoom call with two hiring managers: Customer Success Lead and Customer Support Lead. I failed this interview and didn't pass further.
