Lutron Electronics Head Learning Experience Designer interview questions

The recruiter screening interview was as far as I got. I withdrew my application when she confirmed the owner’s requirement for a 3.0 GPA on all degrees was non-negotiable. I can’t believe the company cared about undergraduate GPA for an experienced hire with 15+ years experience. Other than the first job after graduation, I’ve never been asked about GPA or been asked to share transcripts with a potential employer. The interview comments on here plus the hard requirement on GPAs reenforced my decision to take Lutron off my potential employer list.
