I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Phone interview with some HR and some technical questions. It was very basic and more about learning about your thinking process than actual knowledge base. The interviewer was a senior member of their team and had moved around various positions of the company. He led me through the questions and really got into my thought process and knowledge of manufacturing techniques.
