I had a total of 2 phone screen interviews followed by a virtual onsite. The virtual onsite had a total of 4 parts. Among them were a 1:1 interview,1 collaborative problem solving and 2 collaborative interviews. The recruits didn't provide a heads-up on the interview format and the people, i would be interviewing with (Part due to covid and part due to their first time 'virtual' interviewing). Overall, it was a good experience
