Interview
I had two phone interviews. The first was a simple behavioral interview with HR. The second was a technical interview with an engineer within your field. The technical interview was not extremely difficult. There were no work-out problems. They just wanted to get an idea of your knowledge. Since they do not place you into the departments until after you have been accepted, you may not interview with anybody that you will work with directly.

Question 1
They threw a curve ball and asked if you were hypothetically driving a Hummer and then approach a bridge with a weight limit, could you cross the bridge. In this example, you were not meant to know the weight of the vehicle. They wanted to see how you would think to determine the weight.
