I applied online. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Austin, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
The first interview was with another engineering manager who walked me through some technical questions. These were mostly associated with materials science and some other subjects. The second interview had two parts with he first being technical questions and the second based on creativity.

Question 1

It was smooth, just had to be verbal and precise with responses. Be ready to answer questions that would put you in specific scenarios and how you would adjust and adapt to the situation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Bethlehem, PA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Highly technical, quite intense & felt like if I had made a mistake, that was it for me in the process. Got the feeling that it didn’t matter who i was as a person or if I would fit at Lutron.
