Seemed disorganized and nervous. When interviewed by multiple people who were not in HR department and had no idea what their role was. Some of them were not management and seemed less ghan thrilled to be assigned the task of interviewing.

The interview process was lengthy but very relaxed and enjoyable. All of the Lutron employees I interviewed with were very friendly and seemed to love their job. It was a total of three interviews spread over 3 days.
