Lutron Electronics Mechanical Design and Development Engineer interview questions

First round interview was over the phone with a recruiter discussing my resume and experience. I was scheduled for a second round phone interview with an engineering manager but unfortunately they filled the position prior to my interview and no other positions that matched my experience were available.
