They canceled the interview 40 minutes before its scheduled start because the manager changed their mind and requested to complete a test task first with a deadline of “by tomorrow”. After completing the test, which included four different tasks and took several hours, the manager didn't express any gratitude but provided feedback stating, “the candidate is a NO regarding the test assignment”. Although they provided a brief explanation of why I don't suit the role, it was written in a rather impolite manner.
