Applied online on Luxoft website and went through the following steps:
1. Pre-screen with HR
2. Technical Interview with Specialist
3. Coding Task
I was told that code/tests were not in the standards they wanted in the end.
I applied through Linkedin and got a mail for the first round of interview which happened with a person and he gave me one program and asked me to find the problems in the code or how we can improve the code. I answered him but he was asking questions inside questions from me.
