i've been ignored for several times once applied to IT field positions which are even lower that my current exp. recruiters reply with a huge delay without providing any feedback / not replying at all.

I had 4x interviews. First, I was approached in LinkedIn by Luxoft's headhunters. After a quick chat, we scheduled first Zoom interview. It was very pleasant, simple chat to get to know me better, what is my background and knowledge. Took approximately 40 min. Second interview was with a person from IT department. He asked some technical questions to verify if my knowledge are sufficient for the position. If I answered incorrectly or didn't know the answer, interviewer was very friendly, helped and explained the question and correct answer. It was approximately 60-70min long interview. Third interview was with a head of IT department. During this interview he was more interested in my personality, informing that the job will be in the headquarters and I will have to support top management. Interview took about 30min. Last interview I had with the CIO where he basically informed that I got the job and they will send me an offer. We talked about some other details, for example, since I was living in different country they kindly offered to cover relocation costs, which was great. Overall, it was interesting and great experience.
