Luxoft Regular Javascript Developer interview questions

Human Resources contacted me via e-mail, asking some questions alongside with salary expectations. I clearly stated my expectations, then the process continued. I was a perfect fit for the role so the technical assessments were fairly easy for me. Before the last step, Human Resources asked my current salary. Then they made me an offer on the last step of the process, which was the half amount of my current salary and even less than the half amount of my salary expectation. Even the product manager who was in our call was shocked by the offered amount, eventually I declined and regretted the time I spent.
