Luxoft Software Developer interview questions

Online interview. Only place so far where no one put video on. First interview, the tech guy was late 10 minutes, HR person didn't bother filling the gap with information and left once tech guy arrived. Very laid back attitude, almost unprofessional one might say. All went well Second interview, Project manager and a Business Analyst i think. Soft discussions getting to know each other. Again, the same too laid back attitude, could hear one of them smoking during the interview, even mentioned it briefly. Next meeting would have been with the client. I get his with a mail stating "Sorry but we won't proceed with the recruiting process because we don't have any current openings matching your profile" Mind you, I have over 7 years of Oracle experience at this time. Not butthurt, I just want to share the experience

Quick phone call with HR. 30-minute casual chat over the phone: introducing of the company, project and goals. The technical interview included theoretical questions on OOP, the coding exercise and checking my communication and interpersonal skills.
