The interview process started with a referral from a good friend. From there I had a phone interview with the recruiter which led to the phone interview with the VP. Next I was brought on site to meet with the team for about 3-4 hrs. All the interviews were about 30-40 min long. I was brought onsite again for another interview with a case question. The interview process took longer than I anticipated, but travel schedules and holidays made it difficult to coordinate. That said, my recruiter was incredibly responsive and probably one of the best I've worked with since I started looking.
