I found the position on an online job board and applied. Like others, within a week I received an email from Lindsey to set up a 15 minute phone screening. Lindsey was very easy going and thorough, which made me feel extremely comfortable with the role that I was applying for. At the end of the call I was invited to schedule an onsite interview. During each phase of the interview process you're given a heads up on what to expect which is awesome. Onsite, 4 other candidates and I sat through s brief company intro presentation, completed a group exercise, and then were broken into separate rooms to interview individually. The exercise helps break the ice and calms your nerves some so it was appreciated. You can expect to interview with 3 associates individually, and then return back with your group for a writing assessment (don't fret here, it's cool). I received a call from Danielle who was a pleasure and extremely helpful the following day to schedule a final interview for the next week. I met and interviewed with both team leads for this time. You're prepped by both so that you know what to expect during your time with them. You make two calls with a lyft associate on the floor to assess how well you handle different scenarios (1 driver and 1 passenger complaint call). I received a call the next day from Danielle with an offer. Loved their process. The best of luck to you!
