Phone interview into in office group presentation about company history and culture. Interview with a few personal regarding position and gauging experience from new hire. Testing experience through mock Lyft drivers and customers with phone calls, testing your ability to handle the call in a safe and efficient way to come to a solution. Keep the safety in mind.

The full process took about 1.5 hours. You meet with several team leaders. They will take you in different rooms and ask you why you wanted to work for Lyft and who they are as a company

I was interviewed by at least 5 different people all of whom were so friendly, easy going and nice. They made me feel so comfortable to just be myself and relax which made it a great interview experience. I am very excited to work for Lyft and get to know these awesome people!
