I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
I had one of the best interview processes in my entire career. The team made things super easy, the questions were all relevant to the job, they moved extremely quick and I couldn't have asked for a better all around experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lyft
Interview
I had two interviews, the first with a single team member, and the second with the hiring manager and another team member. I did not have a phone screen with a recruiter. The first interview was 30 minutes, with probably 15 or so situational "tell me about a time when" questions. The second interview was a 45 minute exercise. My experience interviewing was pleasant, folks were very nice all around. However, this process took about three months from beginning to end, which its a bit much for just two interviews.
Thorough with a focus on virtues as part of the interview. Met with 4 different panels: three functional and one for core values type questions. The customer obsession came through as important for the company and the interviews. Everyone I met with was highly intelligent.
