Started off with 2 phone screens (one with the recruiter and one with a Director on the Partnerships team. This was followed by an onsite with 5 in person interviews and then another onsite with 3 interviews and a presentation. Because of this process, I was able to meet almost every person on the team beforehand as well as cross functional members, giving me a good idea of who I would work with. They were also very transparent in expectations, the skillset needed, and what the goals were for the next 12 months. I was not hired for the initial role I applied for, but instead a role that aligned stronger with my long term goals and past experience.
