I applied online. I interviewed at Lyft in Jun 2019
Interview
I applied to a part-time community associate role and got emailed by the recruiter relatively quickly in about a week. I schedule a time to conduct the interview at 10:45AM EDT and so I patiently wait by my phone at the appointed time and no response. At approximately 11AM I send an email inquiring if the interview had been postponed or if we are to reschedule. She called me over an hour later around 12:22PM and at that time I was busy and sent it to voicemail. In the voicemail she makes no reference to missing the call nor apologize for being late but I still call back anyways as was asked. Still, I get no response and I call later in the day and again the same result. She does not even make an attempt to call me back since and so several days later confused and a bit frustrated I figure that I should send an email again but yet no answer. This felt very unprofessional and I am still puzzled as to what exactly happened. I have received zero response via email or a call back despite laying out additional opportunities to converse.
Other Community Associate Interview Reviews for Lyft
Three step process: phone interview with a recruiter, video interview with someone in the actual office, and in-person interview. Lyft is clearly very committed to their brand and looking for hires who will be content to stay in their new role for a year+ before promotion
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Santa Ana, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
They were very thorough in their interview process to determine the best possible fit for their company. I understand the necessity of them making sure they adequately selected the best candidate. The process of the experience was a little more lengthy than I have ever gone through, but I feel it will leave me well equipped with what is to come with this Lyft!

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a driver kept getting put off by different Community Associates.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
5 interviews total in 5 weeks. Took a while but all the people were pleasant to speak with. First over the phone with recruiter, then over video with direct supervisor, then over phone with some sort of regional coordinator, then in-person with direct supervisor again, then over video with regional manager. Each interview was about 15-20 minutes and all almost identical conversations. Mostly just get-to-know-you and your previous work experience/skills.
