I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lyft (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Everybody that I talked to was very nice and the process was as pleasant as possible.
First there was a phone screen, then a technical screen and the last one was a 6 hour onsite. Onsite was 6 interviews, 5 of which - technical. Challenges were interesting and interviewers were very helpful.
Other Front End Engineer Interview Reviews for Lyft
Step 1. 30-minute recruiter interview
Step 2. 1-hour technical interview
Step 3. Invited into a 5-hour interview but canceled with no explanation. Perhaps the company is hurting financially, perhaps this was ageism, or perhaps it was some other valid reason. Regardless, this was an unprofessional way to treat a candidate.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lyft in Oct 2018
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me after coming across my profile and I showed interest. After a quick call with him, they scheduled a 1-hour technical phone interview with an engineer. I don't think I did well but the overall experience was good and it felt like they were moving fast without any delays.
