The interview process was very professional and organized. I could tell that Lyft would be a wonderful place to work by seeing how respectfully I was treated throughout the process. It all started with the recruiter who was incredibly kind, genuine and professional. The hiring manager and interview team communicated well and were very to the point.

Process was smooth and easy. Recruiter asked pretty standard questions based off the job description. Probably asked 4-6 questions in total then left time for me to ask questions. They were unfortunately not very flexible for base salary which led me to decline the process.

The interview process was great and straightforward. It felt conversational and did not feel like you were getting grilled with trick questions. It did take some time to hear back from the recruiter, and I had to follow up several times.
