Lyft was an awful company to consider working for because their actions are contrary to their statements, and this is why:
They were very insistent for new drivers to meet with their mentors to become a Lyft Driver.
*Their Lyft system was very unreliable after meeting with "3" of their mentors.
*They kept badgering me to meet with a mentor to become a driver right away as well as receiving message from Lyft as well that there were opportunities to pick up customers.
*Finally met with a Lyft Mentor and received negatives comments about Lyft (if you don't keep a rating higher than 4.7 or you are inactive for a certain time you would be removed from becoming a Lyft Driver and most demoralizing their Lyft parties are nothing but hoaxes--as drivers don't like to meet and those that do are very territorial about the work that they get--meaning there is not enough business for Lyft. With begs the question, is Lyft highly reliable and are customers actually satisfied. You think about that before you become a Lyft driver (as you may not get enough business working for them because their system is continuously down that hinders your ability to pick up customers.
