all interviews were via Ms teams 1st interview with the hiring manager was great. Humble, friendly and pleasant person, all communication was to the point and knowledgeable. 2nd one with the head of function and the big boss was horrific. Zero interest, looking and typing something during the interview, arrogant, belittling the answers. Absolutely discouraging. Come on people, this is a Plastics company, you have nothing to do with its success, you are not hiring TV personalities, so keep your egos under control.
