LyondellBasell seems to be a well put together company.
With going into bankruptcy just a few years ago, they have definitely risen from the ashes.
At my interview, I first had an interaction with a "greeter" as many companies have. It is almost like an informal preliminary round of the interview. My "greeter" was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He was not intimidating and was very friend which made for a calm atmosphere, which gave me a good basis on what it would be like if I worked for this company.
The actual interview was standard. Always good to know the STAR method. The interview was as easy-going as the greeting prerequisite.
