The interview process took about 4 weeks due to the holidays. Also because of Covid-19, it was all done over the phone or over video call. I interviewed at Lytx San Diego.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews: a phone screen with the recruiter, a technical screen with the hiring manager and a final round with team members. The final round had 3 parts: a technical/project discussion, a data base system challenge and a behavioral with the PM.

Behavioral round with the PM:
1. Talk about a time where you helped identify and avoid a potential blocker.
2. In what ways was your team agile?
3. In what ways did you contribute to your team working agile?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lytx (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
I submitted my resume and got a call from the recruiter a couple days later. They asked me about my general experience then I was given a coding challenge made up of arrays and hashmap problems. I then spoke to the VP who was hiring about what I had worked on previously. Then I went in for a final 3 hour interview where I got to meet the team, ask questions, and show my knowledge. After that I was offered a role! Overall I had a great experience. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
