I was contacted by recruiter, who suggested a position in Maersk Line matching my skills. Recruiter did not mentioned any specific requirements. Fist technical interview was scheduled over the phone. Within a few minutes it was clear that they are looking for Java, *nix specialist, while I have 1 year Java experience and 10+ years C#/Windows. They went over my CV asking about specific projects from my past experience. Then asked a few technical questions, one of them was "you have a stream of integers, how will you sort it". After discussing the question and possible answers the interviewer decided to recall the question, as it was better to answer it on the board, not over the phone. At the end of the interview they said that will contact me with the interview results soon. No one contacted me, the interview was more than one month ago.

The interview process went quite smoothly, the interviewers were quite helpful and chill, they tried to understand my goals, and asked me questions related to my skillset. They started with basic questions, and then we moved onto higher level questions.
