Obviously felt discrimination against people who are over 40. Didn't expect it from a multinational company though. Turned out that the culture of the country I was being interviewed has more influence.
Scheduling was quick. Interview was short. Seemed like it went well. There were talks of a second interview, but then I was completely ghosted by the recruiter who did not answer emails or follow up questions.
