MAERSK Freight Forwarder, Export Clerk interview questions

It takes about 4-5 interviews to get a position. The process is way too long, especially compared to the position importance. Some of the interviewers asked quite old-fashioned questions (what are your weaknesses and so on), what is now considered rather odd. Other than that, nothing special or difficult. Because of such a long hiring process, had to refuse the 5th interview, since I've signed already a contract with another company that was much quicker.
