MAERSK Senior Software Engineer interview questions

No process at all. They conducted my two rounds back to back and then Recruiter asked me to wait for 2-3 weeks for the next round. And after 20 days my manager round was scheduled. He kept on asking the questions on the topic for which I kept on saying that I have never worked on it. He was not in the mood to listen to me at all, He just kept on showing his knowledge of microservices and distributed systems. After this round recruiter stopped picking up calls, This has become a very common recruiter's behaviour. They treat you very nicely and becomes ghost once you are rejected. I would like to tell the recruiters that there are many people who want to know the feedback so that they will get to know what went wrong and what improvements are needed. Many people are happy to accept rejection. I request the recruiter to just start thinking from the candidate's perspective as well and just think if you were in the same place.
