MAERSK Technology Operations interview questions

First stage interview with hiring manager. Second stage interview with senior manager. The second stage manager missed the interview appointment the first time making me wait for 30minutes before I decided to contact the recruiter for clarifications. At the end I received an offer but decided to decline it because of the lowballed amount they offered despite clarifying during the first stage of my expectations. If the requested amount is over the hiring budget, please be honest with your candidate and stop wasting everyone's time.
