MAERSK Test Analyst interview questions

I applied for a position in Copenhagen, I got an email in a week inviting for a phone interview. It got rescheduled a couple of times.The position I applied was for Test analyst, but the questions that I got were not at all relevant. All I got was a couple of people management questions. The interview lasted for 15 mins. I was not in Denmark during the phone interview, so the interviewer was hesitant to proceed to the next step because I wouldn't be available for face to face interview. The interviewer's English was not clear to understand and had to ask her to repeat almost all the sentences.
