Overall, the interview process was seamless. I received an email from the hiring recruiter to set up phone interviews. Everyone I spoke to was respectful and upfront about the job. I had 5 phone interviews in the first 3 days then followed by an in plant tour with the plant manager. I also had panel interviews with several others in the company which were super nice and personable.
