The interviewee warmly welcome to building. He show the workplace . They care for safety such as glass , earbud and steel toe. He ask about my previous job. He told about various kinds of job they offer and the company profile , history and his experience on that company.
I felt comfortable and heard throughout the interview. The interviewer was very kind and explanatory. There were very good points made throughout the interview that gave me a good understand on what the company is about and what MCC strives for.
