--the purpose of the interviews were to get more ideas about how to develop the departmental goals/objectives/metrics.
--the questions were specifically directed to the purpose as opposed to the candidate qualifications and fit

Interview
The interview process can be long. When I interviewed there, I had to interview with 3 people at different times. There are levels one has to be aware of - the medical side and the administration part. If you interface with physicians, you have to interview with them too.
