      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX)

      Interview

This was my first job as an RN so it was the questions were pretty straightforward. What made you decide to become a nurse? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? I was first interviewed one on one by a recruiter who was very friendly. Then I was interviewed by the manager of my unit-one on one. Nowadays, I hear that nurses can have a group interview. It just all depends.
