Online application, took less than a week to hear back - phone interview, was about 30 minutes, asked basic questions - in-person interview, more in-depth review of skills relating to PSNE role.
Phone interview with Human Resources recruiter, it was not on zoom and there was no video. Asked about five to seven questions for fifteen minutes, then left time at the end for me to ask questions.

Phone interview asking about yourself and why MDA. Then zoom interview asking experience based questions “tell us about a time”. Each interview was 4-5 questions and 20-30 min. Overall it was not too difficult of an interview process
