Interview
Incredibly long recruitment process. Applied in late November, had a phone screen at the beginning of January, followed up with a writing sample, had a panel interview at the beginning of February, and received a rejection in March. I was interviewing for two potential projects teams and one of those teams did not have an interviewer present for my panel interview. We waited for ten minutes for someone to show up. Kind staff members but overall, a very unprofessional recruitment experience.

Question 1
Vague behavioral questions asking me to recall a time where I did xyz... Some of them were common questions about overcoming challenges, working on a team, etc. but others were quite random. Given that I previously had a phone screen, I expected the panel interview to be more tailored to how my previous experience align with the potential project teams and was prepared to speak to that, but that was not the case.
