What experience do you bring, even if it's not directly applicable
Average experience. Had a call with directly with leadership. Asked me about my resume and experiences. Additionally, they asked me about my future goals. Did not go past the first round interview which was a 30 minute behavioral.
Standard questions regarding the coursework I listed on my resume. The position was communications so I got a lot of questions about signals and systems. A few questions about what I was interested in.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MITRE (Bedford, MA) in Oct 2024

30 minute phone screening, 30 minute meet and greet with team + 4 1-hour long technical interviews (general topics provided beforehand) with technical staff and group leads, 30 minute HR call
