I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MOO (Denver, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted via email by a recruiter to set up a video interview. After completing video interview, I was contacted to set up an in-person interview. It turns out that they do not have an actual office space in the location I applied to (Denver, CO), so the interview was in a small room in a random building. Overall, the interview was conversational and comfortable, but I would have liked more information earlier on in the process. It seemed too one-sided up until the onsite interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at MOO in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was 4 rounds, including the initial screening from the recruiter. Each round was with one of my direct managers, as well as a counterpart. The last round included a task to showcase my skills in the role itself. Although 4 rounds may sound long, I appreciated the teams diligence. It means Moo won't just hire anyone just because, but they ensure the people they bring on will match the current teams vibe, skills and work well together.

Question 1
They assigned a task for me to present a sales pitch for a fictional business. It was actually fun to do, as it gave me a peek into what the role looks like.

Interview
Applied on the company site and received an interview request a week later. Scheduled the call with the recruiter for the following week. Recruiter ended up ghosting the scheduled interview and future email follow-ups.

Hi, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. We recently had a change on our recruiting team, and it sounds like your interview may have slipped through the cracks, which is not the experience we want anyone to have with MOO. If you’re still interested in pursuing this opportunity, please reach out to recruiting@moo.com and a member of our team will be in touch.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MOO (East Providence, RI) in Jun 2025
Interview
I appreciated the chance to interview with Moo. I was personally reached out to by a recruiter who said I’d be a great fit, so I was excited to move forward and committed fully to the process. I have over 10 years of customer service experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, which I believed aligned well with the role and company.
After two interviews, I was surprised to hear the decision was based on seeking more call center experience — something that wasn’t mentioned earlier. It was also frustrating that I was told I’d hear back by the end of the week, but only got a response after multiple follow-ups. Clearer communication and expectation-setting would really improve the candidate experience.
