Interview
There was no interview process, basically they call and ask if you are looking for work still and tell you to arrive at this place tomorrow or what ever date. There is no urine testing, no background check. Nothing.

Interview
First I applied online and submitted my resume. I got a phone call and was asked a few small questions over the phone like what shifts could I work. Then I was called back to come in for a formal interview and testing. I went in and took a written test then I sat in front of two supervisors and one manager and asked a series of questions. I was then asked to take a drug test and I was told to go home and wait by the phone. The very next day I got a call I got the job.
