Its extremely sad that since 3 weeks of my interview with @MSCI Inc. , I have not heard from you people even after following up multiple times on call and through email (Mahajan, Reecha and Jain, Vashika). This is extremely unprofessional that you would schedule an interview in haste and then not keep up with the schedule as well. That day while I was told that there would be two rounds of interview, only one was done. The reason given was so preposterous that the concerned person (Payal Dhandhukia) is going for another meeting. Its almost inconceivable how can one schedule an interview and then defy the same schedule wasting someone else's time. Nevertheless, when it comes to a simple feedback which is probably the most important part of the entire evaluation process, candidates like me would have to deal with deafening silence. If this is the level of professionalism in your organization, I am glad that I no longer wish to explore this opportunity. I will go to every platform possible to publish my ordeal with MSCI. Its a total disgrace!
