I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MSCI (Mumbai)
Interview
Company Recruiter setup the interview. 6 to 10 people were called to their office in Mumbai. In the interview technical questions were there related to the technology. I had an offer already from another company but still went to the interview if better job prospectus were there in the organization. On not being able to provide answers to some of the questions, one of the panel became very stressed. The other panel was a little more senior, so perhaps he had the understanding that not all companies work like their company, not every person has same skill sets, same skill sets are not valued in all roles and organization , and also the 4 lines of code is not all about the candidate. Overall, a very limited culture was reflected in the process with technology being part of their culture.
