Offshore /outsourced HR screening process. It was difficult to understand the interviewer and the interviewer wasn’t able to answer basic questions regarding the role. In terms of potential employee experience I think outsourcing this has let the company down as it’s very obvious this person isn’t really part of the business you’d potentially be joining. It doesn’t give a great first impression of the company.
