Interview with the HR was strange. He called me 15min later than was scheduled
1st interview was with the manager and was great
2nd(final) interview was not that difficult, most of the questions were in the form of "where would you start" where i described the steps of the implementation
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MSD (Hyderābād) in Mar 2025

MSD is setting up new office in HYD so they wanted DE with Mangarial responsibilites, I reached till 2nd stage, first interview was with the engineering manager, it was mostly about my exp, tools and how do i fit in the role, 2nd interview was more on the management side

Most of the questions about managament like
how do you priortize tasks?
how do you communicate with stakeholders?
some questions regarding my experience the databases, tools etc. some questions related to problem solving
overall they just wanted to test managrial abilities more than DE skills
asked about the project you have done in the whole semester and questions will be based on that mostly. overall good interview experience and very fair and ethical means of conducting the interview. prepare for statistics well
