MSD Partners CCO interview questions

The opportunity came from a recruiter. Interview was not that tough. Several people came in during the interview. It went into lunch, and then a fourth person cam in to talk. Asked about background, what i was looking for, why i wanted to be at dell. they asked about my failures and how i chose to overcome them in the past and if i was a problem solver and thought outside of the box. the people seemed very nice, and many of them had been there a long time.
