MSD Technical Associate interview questions

Phone screen with recruiter, and follow-up email with senior recruiter. Recruiter was late for scheduled phone call by 30 minutes without giving a prior heads-up. Then was left hanging for 1-2 weeks between each follow-up communication. After more than a month, received rejection email due to "lack of experience". Job description did not specify the number of years experience they were looking for. Requirements should have been stated explicitly.
