Interview
I found the overall experience to be quite disappointing. The process was not impressive and took a considerable amount of time, which added to my frustration. The waiting periods were lengthy and often left me feeling uncertain about the status of my inquiries.
Additionally, the response from the HR department was slow and often unresponsive. I encountered significant delays in receiving answers to my questions, which made it challenging to move forward. This lack of timely communication only compounded my dissatisfaction and left me feeling neglected as a candidate.
Unfortunately, these factors combined created a negative impression of the organization as a whole. I expected a more efficient process and better engagement from the HR team, and the reality did not meet those expectations.
