MW Components Quality Manager interview questions

The first interview was on the phone and the interviewer was 40 minutes late. The second interview, which was in person, was unorganized and they were unprepared. Questions were being asked randomly, without structure. I was asked if I had children as well. I withdrew my application because I couldn't work for a company that presents itself this way.
