Macy's Assistant Designer interview questions

It was pretty average, first interview I met with director and senior designer. They assigned me a project and I presented to them the following week. I was offered the job on the spot.

The interview process was fairly standard. I had an initial phone screening and then set up an in-person interview. However, during the in-person interview I was informed that the position had already been given to someone from within the company.
