After applying, HR contacted me to come and interview at an open house. They did not reimburse the cost of getting to New York for the event. First part was a presentation on the company, benefits, job role, and career growth. The recruiter giving the presentation was very deceptive as far as benefits go - no real health insurance for first 6 months - initital coverage is a "bridge plan" which is absolutely horrible to deal with and doesn't cover everything. Also, you don't receive vacation time at 6 months as they claim, you begin accruing which takes even longer to earn a decent amount of time off. After the presentation everyone began going on 1:1 interviews. I interviewed with 2 different managers of planning and never got the opportunity to interview with a VP because only 1 was available that evening.
